It’a a Chinese restaurant with open kitchen that is pretty neat - by itself the place deserves a five star!
The dish is tasty and my favorite is the sauteed noodles or Chao Mian which has a great sensation coming from the wok’s high temperature induced Maillard reaction - it’s called Guo Qi 锅气.
Service is pretty good here - owner and staff are friendly and helpful.

We order from here for our work potlucks. The beef and broccoli is a big hit with the hospital staff. The owner is very helpful and accommodating when we’re ordered from here.
Very very basic but hey they gave a huge Tv and they show the World Cup ! And the other best part is they have parking! I didn’t have much time so I came and just got a braised tofu with rice and it’s perfect for a quick lunch.

The beef and broccoli, sweet and sour pork, and almond chicken are also loved. This is diffidently 5-star Chinese food, good for special occasions, and a lot of nearby companies order from here. The restaurant delivers personally and offers online ordering with hot and timely delivery. Chef Chen's is a great Chinese restaurant open all days from 11-9 except Sundays. They are quick and the food is great. There is also free parking in the lot.
