“Everything was great at this Starbucks. Haven't been here in a while I just stopped by a quick cup of coffee. Now I know this has nothing to do with the employees but they were very busy this morning. Grabbed a light roast and a bacon gouda, I should I say fat/grease gouda. Prolly %1 bacon while the rest was grease. I noticed after the first bite and just took it out. Again no offense to the employee nut Starbucks needs to check before serving a piece of fat on a bun.“
“I visit this Starbucks only occasionally to meet some friends. It is wonderful. On only my third visit one of the baristas recognized me. All the staff are friendly, the store has sufficient staff to handle the orders so the wait time has been reasonable and the vibe is comfortable. Adequate parking and a variety of shops in a nice shopping center. Just a minute from 101 and worth the short detour. The food is standard Starbucks so the rating isn’t reflective of the store.“
“Cons - Parking for store is behind it and if you see the front of the store you missed the street to park on. Street parking is very hard to find. Easy in and out if you do find the lot though.Pros large table for the disabled inside and also outside. Very clean and neat store.Rebecca Rowan the store manager takes pride in her store. Door was quick to close and before I could even tell her she told me she had put a service ticket in to have it repaired. Bathroom was clean even though there was a steady flow of clientele coming in. WiFi was very fast here.“
“It's an ok Starbucks. The ambiance could be a bit better. It seems like the era of cafes with inviting chairs and sofas is over.
Service was great, however. Everyone is working with a smile and making sure all orders are correct.“
“Just always friendly and accommodating.
Vegetarian options: They always have an option when in a pinch.
Kid-friendliness: Always patient and good with kids.
Parking: There's always a spot to park even when you dash in and out
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and there's always someone offering to help
Dietary restrictions: There's always a vegan option or if you want egg white instead of the whole leg or turkey instead of sausage I mean it's pretty cool if there's a pretty good variety“
“I've been sick with the flu and have been stopping by Starbucks every day for a Medicine Ball to help me feel better. Feeling tired and unwell, I was so touched to see the cute messages written on my cup—it truly made my day! It’s the little things like this that bring joy and happiness, especially when someone isn’t feeling their best or just needs a little pick-me-up.
A huge thank you to the Starbucks team at 3551 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, and Marsh and Florence at the Redwood City Starbucks for their kindness. Your small gestures make a big difference! 💛☕✨“
“This is one of the Starbucks that I've gone too, good service, respectful staff, and a basic Starbucks atmosphere. Will say that most Starbucks coffee tastes burnt and filled to the brim with sugar. There are better coffee places out there but Starbucks is usually consistent and tasty. Also may I just add how overpriced some things are... That alone took a whole star off the food section... Well I guess that's expected.“
“This place has a pretty chill vibe here. It is always busy with orders but I have been here a few times and have never had to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Customer service is great here and my drinks ALWAYS come out ??. Plenty of space to find to sit and they have several different styles of seating area which I find comforting as a customer. ?The bathrooms are a little run down and kind of too dim for my liking. I actually try to avoid using the restroom here the toilets don't flush very well. I also understand that this is a high volume place where the bathrooms are often used.“
