“Staff usually makes great Subs! As of late, my sandwiches have been made incorrectly/not to order, when placing telephone order. Tonight I asked the owner for a replacement sub as the avocado tasted old and sandwich was not made to order. He refused and offered to make a new sandwich if I paid for it. I don’t see why I should pay for the employees error. I expected better customer service. For now I’ll take my business to another sandwich shop.“

“Working across the street at the Walgreens next to the Subway. Not that there is anything wrong with Subway, Port is just better. Got the #1 again. I like how they slice the meat on order. Still had the indoor seating shut down. At least they were NOT being maskholes, forcing us to strap a face diaper on. Overall good experience. Thanks for the fill up“

Jilacey (I’m sure I butchered the spelling I’m so sorry!) was so incredibly sweet and helpful and got us everything we needed, she was even nice enough to make us up some mayo & mustard containers to take with us.
