“I really appreciate being helped by JJ today. He’s super cool, polite and professional. He’s also very informative about their food menu. He made sure to give me a warm and friendly greeting when I entered the establishment. JJ really strived to provide me outstanding customer service from the start which meant a lot to me. My meal tasted excellent by the way. This was my first time here so I had to try the Mooyah double cheeseburger, fries and an Oreo shake. I was very impressed by the overall quality, taste and presentation of my food. Thanks for making me such a fresh and delicious meal! I’ll definitely come back to dine here again soon.“

“I was a district manager for over a decade in a very similar competitors Restaurant. I have never seen a restaurant so clean inside and out. I have been to this location in San Bernardino off of Mill Street and I have never once seen even a baseboard dirty or crumbs in any corner or any (Lights Out) or any roof tiles missing or damage damaged. This place is 100% clean 100% of the time and I applaud the management.“

“Christian at store 27 is excellent we come from Redlands because he provides amazing service and makes the best ice cream cones, having a disability & being suicidal it feels good to have someone be nice to you and provide amazing customer service especially to those with severe brain injuries like myself and disabilities, he definitely deserves to be in a higher position and recognized for his daily achievements at this company while bringing customers back and making us happy and not letting his life pains get in the way like most people do he focus on the customers happiness & he is amazing i absolutely adore him thanks for making our days happy Christian while going through a health battle.

“Great food at higher prices.
Burgers are delicious with tons of topping options. Hard to beat, but a simple person's nightmare if your indecisive.
I would skip the hot dogs, as they're meh at best.
French fries, Cajun style, are better than just about any other out there.

Clean spot, great staff, pricey but a quality meal.“

“100% recommend! So good and a cute little place to eat at as well. Drinks are good and the donuts are unlike anything else I’ve ever had!!!“

“I ordered the LA hotdog and it was great. It came with onion rings. I was confused at first on where to pick up my order because I ordered online but when I went to pick it up, there are no signs on where to pick up. Luckily, the person manning the front door was very helpful. They were able to bring the food to me because I had my dog with me and they don’t allow dogs inside.“

“To my surprise, Mochi Lion is actually under new management and ownership now. The transformation is incredible as the space is way cleaner, the new menu is much tastier, and the drinks are absolutely spot on. What a night and day difference. I highly recommend checking out the new and improved Mochi Lion!“

“Smoothies are delicious! Food is great, too. Looking forward to trying some of the old Bear House Recipes.“

“Saturday drive thru morning is the best“

“Our first time visiting. Food was great! Staff were very welcoming. Worth the drive in the rain😇“

“Great afternoon fix for driving east back to Texas as TruckDrivers always say ' east bound hammered down and truckin asta lavista California ....“

“Always busy always chaotic but the service of the staff they're always calm cool and Collective and get stuff done for you as quick as possible the customers on the other hand or bit on the pushy side don't pay attention to what they're supposed to be doing just want to do stuff so of course that falls upon the staff and the staff keeps themselves very calm and understanding“

“I had the pleasure of encountering Katrina's help at the drive thru. Her energy and customer service was memorable, for the right reasons. Very pleasant order taking and small chat at the window. Honestly made my day! I'll definitely return if there are more employees like Katrina. She deserves recognition :)“

“I highly recommend Big Mama's hotdogs.. Our PTA contacted Mr. Lawrence to come be a vendor at our Terrace View Elementary Back To School Night... Not only is he the sweetest man but his food and service was amazing too .. Great set up fast service and very clean... great food ... We are for sure having him come back“

“We hadn't been to Wienerschnitzel in years, so we decided to stop in tonight. We pulled up and saw a massive drive-thru line, but figured we'd give it a shot anyway. The food was what you'd expect from Wienerschnitzel, but that wasn't what stood out. What impressed me was the three women working there. They were absolutely crushing it. While we waited for our order, they kept that drive-thru moving like it was just another normal day. My hat is off to those three ladies. They were doing the work of what should have been at least five people. I don't understand how a company expects three employees to keep an entire restaurant running during a rush like that. To those three women: thank you for your hard work. You represented that restaurant with professionalism and determination. Keep your heads up, ladies—you deserve recognition for everything you do.
