“Lady E was in full effect last night! I love the ambiance here and the bathroom was clean and orderly. Bartenders made good drinks. The shoestring fries were a bit too crispy...but they were good. Well seasoned. The live music 🎶 here sets the mood. There is some dusting needed up in the rafters and ceiling area and maybe a deep cleaning in the near future. Overall clean and I would return, especially to hear Lady E and her live band sang the blues 💙 🎶“

“Harrington’s has quickly become one of my favorite bars in San Francisco. It has that rare combination of being lively and energetic while still feeling comfortable enough to actually have a conversation with your friends. The atmosphere is always fun, and the crowd is a great mix of locals, regulars, and people just looking for a good night out.
It’s such a great spot for a girls’ night because the food is surprisingly good. We ended up ordering a bunch of snacks to share, and everything paired perfectly with our drinks. It’s the kind of place where you can come hungry, stay for hours, and never feel rushed.
One thing that really stands out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The bartenders and servers keep the energy up, make great recommendations, and genuinely seem like they enjoy what they do. And yes—they’re also an attractive crew, which definitely adds to the fun vibe without feeling pretentious.
If you’re looking for a neighborhood bar with great drinks, tasty food, a social crowd, and excellent service, Harrington’s is an easy recommendation. Every visit has been a great time, and I’ll definitely be back.“

“Joe is great. After our Uber drive dropped us in the wrong place, Joe would tell us how to get there, he took us there. It was only at the end of the block, but meant the world to us. He wouldn’t accept a tip, so went back to have a beer after dinner. He remembered our name. He is the true meaning of customer service and I’ve told all of my friends to go see him at the Showdown. “I admire this restaurant! They provide good meals, their menu is decent, The chef in that spot is well trained, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the clients is good. I often go to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.“
“This was our 1st time in Berkeley. The bar is so nice! The corner spot is great location and parking was convenient. I love the bartenders and the food was delicious! Fried foods options are good for on the go! We got some fish & chips and chicken tenders they were yummy. I will definitely be back!“

“This spot is definitely your old school neighborhood bar where everyone knows each other. I was there for a bday celebration.... it was cool for a random eveing. They had kareoke and one pool table. Cocktails seemed to ok for the crowd; no quality wine selections for me so it was a dry night. Overall the music made it was enjoyable.“
