“They kindly verified my identity before picking up my order which I really appreciate. It’s one of the smaller Subway stores but it’s clean, organized and has a great layout. The staff is very amiable and welcoming. For those who order online or do DoorDash, the drinks are on the right hand side near the counter as you enter and the pick-up shelves are on the left hand side (kind of hidden). Overall satisfactory experience with this location.“

“I have to give a shout out to Zoe! My boss had called in a catering order the night before for an important meeting and when I went to go pick it up in the morning, no one had any knowledge of any order that was made and there was no notes anywhere. As unprofessional and annoying as that is, Zoe killed it. She took control and ownership even though it wasn't her fault and took the order and had it done quickly. She was quick to accommodate, she kept her cool, having been thrown a huge order without any prior warning, and had a smile on her face the whole time. She handled helping customers in between helping me, like a boss. Even offering to help me carry it to my car even though it was busy. She knows how to treat customers and keep her cool under stressful situations. That's manager material.

Current Management needs to do a better job of communicating orders that are made. Shame on you! This was a very important order for a very important meeting and they dropped the ball. Zoe saved you guys. U better give her a raise. My job probably would never order from u guys again if it wasnt for her saving it.“
