My son has Autism and loves his cheese pizza but not too overcooked (full brown crust) and they are all so very good with not overcooking it. There’s one employee I totally forgot her name but she’s by far the best! She already knows my order by just walking in! Super appreciative to all the staff here at the Rio Linda location.“

“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“Ive been to a lot of mountain mikes and a lot of buffets. This location is by FAR the best one I have ever been to. The service is awesome, the food is top tier, the entire place is spotless clean. Pool tables arcade room beer on tap great seating, awesome room that’s separate from the general dining area for parties. I would highly recommend that if you haven’t been here that you should give it a visit. Perfect for any sports game watching. They have a giant projector that they will put the game on.“

“I had an amazing experience with the service. Sam, the cashier, gave me extra cheese with no extra cost. The pizza quality was top notch and didn’t take too much time to prepare either. This was a 10/10 experience. I can’t remember the last time I ate pizza this good. Shout out to Sam, he’s the homie. I ordered half creamy pesto and half spicy red sauces. Both were out of this world.

“I can’t tell you how much I was astonished by this place. I consider myself a big lover of pizza. I was hesitant to try this place. I ordered a pepperoni square and a wedge salad. There was a very happy accident and I received the daily slice special. It was a Japanese curry pizza with roasted potatoes and carrots. Know I don’t know about you, but I don’t think veggies on pizza is the epitome of the best pizza. But let me tell you that I was completely and utterly BLOWN AWAY! This was the most amazing pizza flavor profile o have ever eaten! All Hawaiian was very good as well! The wedge salad was huge! 2 people could have shared it easily. “UNDER PROMISED, OVER DELIVERED. While staying at a hotel in Sacramento we orderEd from a hotel room menu and was transferred to Giant Pizza. We ordered a 2 liter coke, small pizza, sampler and a antipasto salad . A man answered and as I ordered, took time to explain what was on each item and how the salad was stacked. He gave me the price and said it would be about 40mins. In 30 mins came a knock on the door. All my items and a very large salad. While I forgot to ask, also in the bag was 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 forks, Parmesan cheese, red peppers and napkins. Even a napkin between each plate. The person on the phone and the delivery person were extremely nice. I am blown away by their attention to detail. What a unusual happy experience. Oh, by the way the food was great too.“

“Great tasting food. Have been here a variety of times, had different things from the menu and they are all tasty. Gyro wraps or pita pockets, can’t go wrong. The baclava was also good. Seems to be the owner who’s always working and helping customers. Friendly guy and consistently produces the same quality food. Only a handful of tables and inside and can get busy at lunch. Also has a few tables outside that can be nice to sit at when it’s nice weather out. Inside has been clean all the times I’ve been. Out of towner but have made multiple stops here for a good gyro when I’m passing through. The falafel is tasty too and the dipping sauce for them has good flavor. Meals have fry options and will fill you up with whatever main entree item you get.“

“Loved the ambiance and lighting from the get go. Our server was super nice. I forgot her name but she had a dark hair, medium height, slender build and maybe mid thirtys. Our food was all delish and good portions. I had the Rib Eye with Mashed and Brussels. Sooo darn good. The Mango Habanero wings were crispy and saucy. We also had some Signature Burgers (good flavor and juicy), Kids Pepperoni Pizza (nice size and freshly made), Wedge Salad (perfectly cold and tossed in dressing) and the Cheese Bread (good portion and yummy.) Dessert was the Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate/ caramel drizzle and it was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Will be returning soon.
