“Got to say I was very impressed with this particular McDonald's, the beautiful blonde girl running the drive-thru, Monica, I think her name was, made a breakfast recommendation; so I got the chicken McGriddle like she suggested and not only did she make my morning but she made my day with that intoxicating smile of hers, thanks Monica, you are awesome!“
“Staff was nice and quick to help. I've been to McDonald's where you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes before getting help but the staff here was there for us immediately. The kiosk didn't allow me to add tomatoes to a McChicken which most locations do allow so that was disappointing. This location accepts EBT which I think is good and the outside patio was way nicer than I would expect from a McDonald's, planters and awnings. There's no soda machine so you have to ask for a refill which at most locations mean no refills but the staff here was so quick it wasn't an issue at all. The staff brought the food to our table for us promptly and was very polite to me and my kids.“
“This is a well run McDonald's. The food is good and the service is solid. The only thing that I can say that isn't positive is, it's pricey. For some reason it's one of the most expensive of the Franchise.
Parking: Watch out for stopped traffic because of the" In and Out" across the street.“
“I love it. Always has a great deal on what I want. I will always go to McDonald's. I even buy four piece chicken nuggets for my pug. He loves it when I tell him we're going to McDonald's. The only thing that kind of hurt me was that I have a small pug I had taken into the restaurant and he was in his stroller I did not take him out but they threw me out of the McDonald's on Van Buren next to the Walmart In Riverside. I was a little sad bc he was in his stroller and nobody could see him and I was way in the back part of the store. I have cancer so I thought they'd be okay. Even though I had my emotional support card for my puppy they said I couldn't stay. But besides that I love McDonald's
Wheelchair accessibility: I love the wheelchair accessibility. I always have somewhere to park. Love the kids area. I just became a grandma last year and I take my granddaughter every 2 weeks.“
“I'm going to tell you my recent experience with McDonald's has not been a great one. I love a Big Mac, nuggets fries from McDonald's. Their fries are the best! During Lent I have to order a filet of fish combo and a Shamrock shake. For years it has always been tradition for me. So I went to my local McDonald's located on Tyler St. First I was surprised not to be able to dine in. Then I tried to order a Shamrock shake. I was told they were not making the shake. I did without that week. The following Friday I would not eat at that location. Not being able to dine in or get my shake pissed me off. I drove down Magnolia and saw a Del Taco. Ok fish tacos it is I told myself. Again no dine in no restrooms. When you have a 92 year old mother you need facilities. I was so upset! Upon leaving Del Taco I noticed the homeless situation. People sleeping on the ground right outside the door of the restaurant. A lot of homeless loitering around the businesses. Then it struck me. I believe it's why you can't use a bathroom or dine in. I'm sorry for the homeless! So I went the following Friday to the location on Arlington Ave. Finally I got my dine in my Shamrock shake. Even though there was a homeless person outside the door. The facility was clean, the restrooms were available. I finally enjoyed my eating experience. Thanks Big John“
“They have machines that you have to use in order to place an order, I had no print out, I also noticed people waiting, as the drive-through was just going.
They don't supply a restroom code anymore, so if you have to go, you need them to open the door for you, I believe they are understaffed.“
“Drive up lane busy. Went inside had three in front of my. Had a little wait but was in and out in about 10
Parking: 4 spots and 2 handicap spaces out front more out back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spaces right in front of the door with wheelchair accessibility.“
“I wanna give a huge shout out to the employee working this morning named Faith. It was only her by herself up front and she was working her butt off, dealing with impatient and rudecustomers. How Faith handled everything while maintaining her awesome customer service skills. I wish more. McDonald’s had employees like her.
For myself and many other people has been a crappy week. Employees like faith is what can make a person’s morning a little bit better even if it’s just a sausage McMuffin.
I really hope her manager sees this because she’s doing awesome.“
“Hey, look, it's McDonald's kids, love it. Everybody eats it, and they're always super fast and super clean.
Dietary restrictions: Don't come here if you have dietary restrictions.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible with accessible parking.“
“Awesome awesome! It's the only place I'll go because they have affordable meals and the fries are delicious
Kid-friendliness: Love that their kid friendly. And have areas for the kids to play
Wheelchair accessibility: I appreciate all the extra wheelchair accessibility. Totally a plus“
“Courteous and prompt. Food is freshly made. Sweet tea was maybe a little on the weak side, but I got a very good hot n spicy McChicken with bacon, mustard, tomato. Good price, if you buy two, it's $3.99. Pretty good for Mickey D's drive thru. They also make good sausage McMuffins with egg, I add bacon of course.
Parking: LOTS of parking. Park close on front side if you want WiFi in your car, more range on drive thru side. Not very much shade though.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front and drive thru entrances both have wheelchair access, and handicapped spaces.“
