“This place has got a really dang good food with good ingredients. Service was friendly and made sure I was enjoying my chicken sandwich, which was prepared promptly. The sandwich was so good I completely forgot about trying the hot sauce which they recommended I try. The Folsom location at the time of me writing this review looks like it's still getting some final decorations and painting done. Other than that, it's an excellent place to grab an affordable bite to eat, which is something we see less and less of lately. Highly recommended if you want some fast-casual in Folsom!“

“I went around 6pm and got a leg and thigh and biscuit. The biscuit was hot, soft, buttery, flaky, sugary, fluffy diabesity (diabetes and obesity in one!) deliciousness and the chicken was hot, juicy, salty, tender, crunchy, krispy diabesity so definitely worth the $6 I paid! “I called and made a pick up order. I ordered 6/7 different items. He didn't tell me how much the order was going to be, he just said 15 minutes. When I picked up he also didn't give me the total. Just asked me to sign. It was 110.00. That's pretty pricey. You're averaging 15.70 a plate including one of the appetizers. The portions were good. Just shocked at the price of it all. I obviously wasn't expecting anything less than 80. But 110?“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“We visited the Folsom location and went in to order, they were exceptional in customer service going above our expectations! Not only the cashier taking our order but the cooks ect. With the food being very good and the customer service we will DEFINITELY be coming back.“

“I've had some bad El Pollo Loco before, so I'm always nervous. But when it's good, it slaps (as the kids say). This location is really on top of it. Everything was hot. Didn't taste like it had been sitting around. Fresh. Yum. Friendly people. It was good stuff.“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. Im glad I choose to come back here, would definitely recommend to my friends, the root beer floats are a classic.“

“Mariana was great!! Helped me set up the app and was informative with some of the new additions. The chicken pieces are still the size of Cornish game hens (nothing new there 🙄) and was very disappointed with the potato poppers and apple pie poppers. Not enough apple pie filling, and the 5 (not 6 as advertised) potatoes were dry and puffless.“

“Love Canes! However this location mismanaged their inventory and ran out of medium cups and instead of just giving large cups they up charged each customer for large cups. We paid to cover for their problems. (Edit-changed to five as management contacted me and rectified issue)“
