“Located within a strip mall area, 4 out of 6 parking spots were for mobile orders only. Not a single other customer inside or parked outside when I arrived. No associate at the counter or anywhere until I walked around and went looking for someone who was in the back of the kitchen area, only 1 staff member working in this location when I came to visit.

I ordered on the app before starting to head over after the time the app said it was finished, but when I arrived the staff members did not know I even ordered anything until she looked on her screen.

Food was was actually pretty good. Chicken was crispy and hot, fries were hot as well, and the biscuit was soft . The associate prepared the order quickly and I was out the door within minutes.
