“Finally! Whoever worked at around 11:40pm on 5/17/26 deserves a raise! The burger and the sandwich were done perfectly and were very fresh! The burger tasted like the quality I remember from the 90s and 2000s. I gave up on this franchise because of constant disappointment and after not coning gere for years, im glad I did!“
“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ditch the AI ordering system at the drive thru. It’s absolutely horrible and does nothing but create more work for your employees and frustrations for me as a customer. It rarely gets anything correct and is very annoying. If I wanted to talk to one of those I would just sit on customer service lines all day and be upset that way.“
