This restaurant including the restrooms were clean, and the staff was respectful and pleasant to do business with. I had the diablo double burger combo, with crosscut fries and ranch to dip them in. I enjoyed and appreciated that the water was filtered. Only negative here is the absence of carbonated water at the soda fountain have.For people not consuming caffeine and limiting sugar intake is a real treat. Thank you ? “I have never really gotten the names of the two gals that I am always served by but they work usually Thursday through Saturday mornings around 4 to 5 when I normally go through. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I have had nothing but absolute top-tier customer service without fail. I have always received my food in a timely manner. I am also greeted in a timely manner. The food is ALWAYS fresh. I could not ask for better customer service from anywhere else. I choose this location specifically because it’s on my way home from work and will continue to come here because of them.“

“Super, super clean location. The soda fountain machine and ice machine are crazy clean. Every vent is clean. This is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The cashiers and employees are super nice and helpful. Makes you feel really good about eating here. Our special request sandwiches were made correctly and all the food was delicious. The lettuce-wrapped burger was wrapped perfectly with perfect lettuce. This is the best Carl's Jr. I've been to in the Sacramento area and the best fast food burger experience. 10/10 would recommend.“

“When it looked at my order, 2 items out of 2 items were both wrong. Asked if they were right, they said yes when I got home. They were wrong. I asked for replacement when I called and Josh. The manager with no last name was unable to provide us with any kind of resolution. I also received no receipt and he was very unaccommodating when I ask for a refund or a replacement. I will never come here ever again. You have lost a customer forever.“
“New years Eve at 7pm I was on my way home from work and trying to get in the house before the streets could get crazy and I'm glad I decided to go to Carl's Jr that night. Not only were the 2 guys working super friendly (despite being the only 2 at work and dealing with people that were definitely drunk already.But they were friendly and my food was fresh.
