The tacos are amazing!! Great drinks too!
Excellent food & service!
Tacos and salsa are great as always as well as the service, but the chips were obviously from a bag and most of our chip bowl was crumbs. They were happy to give us a new bowl of chips. Good beer selection and margaritas.

Nixtaco offers delicious, unique tacos and great service. The standout Birria taco is still praised for being flavorful and greasy, while the homemade corn tortillas provide a perfect size and texture for a hearty bite. Customers are welcomed with four homemade salsas, each offering its own unique heat and flavor profile, which enhances the overall experience. Despite the slightly higher prices, the food is considered worth it. The friendly and knowledgeable staff contribute to the positive atmosphere, making it a terrific spot to escape chain restaurants. The short rib taco has been described as absolutely divine, while other offerings like the octopus, spicy shrimp, and Nashville hot fried chicken taco have also received high praise. Many visitors mention that the food is amazing and that the octopus taco is the best they’ve had, with tender meat and perfect pairing with peanut chipotle sauce. The pork belly, glazed and tender, is also highly recommended, with flavors that are both sweet and savory. The combination taco with shrimp and chicharrón is flavorful but messy and greasy. The Pollo en Mole could use some extra ingredients to balance its richness, while the spicy shrimp taco was considered plain and not very spicy. Overall, the octopus and pork belly tacos are worth every penny, offering satisfying textures and bold flavors.
