“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“Stopped in on a whim today as we were in the area. Google gave 4.9 stars and we were not disappointed. From the greetings when we entered the door to the delicious BBQ burger and fall off the bone baby back ribs everything was great! We definitely plan to return to try other key items on the menu!“

“This is a small Filipino bakery in a commercial area near Dutch Bros. You have to order the bread and other baked goods at the cashier so there was a short line every time I visited.

- XL senorita bread with cream cheese: the bread was soft and fluffy. The cream cheese gave a tangy and creamy taste to the bread.
- Ensaymada: my favorite! The bread was soft and buttery. The buttercream on top was sweet and creamy.
- Turon: sticky goodness! The wrap was crispy and sweet (but good sweet - not overwhelming). I wish there was bigger banana piece inside.“

“Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. “This was our first time visiting Moon Tea in Roseville, and it was a great experience. The establishment is extremely clean and very aesthetically pleasing, with absolutely beautiful décor. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

After ordering, we received our drinks fairly quickly. We tried the Thai tea and milk tea, and both were very good. Moon Tea also offers food items such as appetizers and small snacks. We tried the chicken, which resembled popcorn chicken, and it was really, really good.

We got ahold of Victoria at the 6890 Sierra College location and she was amazing! “Great selection, quality, and size. The savory crepe had a satisfying crunch but was soft inside. The sweet crepe had a lightly toasted feel but soft and indulgent.

The ingredients were obviously fresh and high quality. The proportions and fillings are generous. These are not Nutella crepes with a hint of fruit, they’re well balanced.

The latte coffee has a chocolatey fruit flavor (blueberry maybe) that was quite nice. The espresso is dark and bitter, which I find satisfying but others might not care for.

You’re paying a lot for that quality however. Prices are quite high, but offset a little by the fast casual setting.“

Derek H was our server & he gave us the best service we've had in probably years! He was on top of things (like refills & app plates) but also wasn't on top of *us*!! I like that you can somewhat see into the kitchen. Having been a server myself I know that sometimes the kitchen can be hectic but I could see the chefs laughing with each other while they prepared meals. And that to me is a sign of a good restaurant - all the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as one can at work! We have been searching for more local business to spend our time & money with & a big selling point to me, personally, was that their main website page shows that they are not only tolerant or accepting of lgbtqia+ people but they are absolutely affirming. I hope Ashlie & her family are doing as best as can be expected. The website mentions "community" and I didn't expect to feel that the first night but I absolutely did. An older woman felt comfortable enough to come & compliment my skirt & tell me a brief tidbit about her life. And while that may not be 747's doing directly, it does feel like they foster that community feel! Thank you to Kitchen 747 & it's staff for making our first visit memorable! We started planning what to order next time already!!! 🤣🙏😉“
