“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“Stopped in on a whim today as we were in the area. Google gave 4.9 stars and we were not disappointed. From the greetings when we entered the door to the delicious BBQ burger and fall off the bone baby back ribs everything was great! We definitely plan to return to try other key items on the menu!“

“This place was recommended by a friend for good beans. I bought 3 bags of beans, pastry and a cup of coffee, unfortunately coffee and pastry went in the trash because it tasted awful due to it being saturated in whatever awful smelling cleaner they use in the shop. I genuinely could not get rid of the smell and taste in my mouth. Please consider changing the cleaner your shop is using because it was unpleasant being in the shop and so sad i had to waste so much money. Other than that service was great and beautiful place to visit.“

“Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. I have been treated very well. My very highest recommendation.“

“My all time favorite is caramel cream with boba, I used to get black sugar Assam it was good too. All drinks I tried for now did not disappointed me, some of drinks are able to adjust sweetness which is a plus. I always get it with oat milk but I wish they can have almond milk option too.“

“Great selection, quality, and size. The savory crepe had a satisfying crunch but was soft inside. The sweet crepe had a lightly toasted feel but soft and indulgent.

The ingredients were obviously fresh and high quality. The proportions and fillings are generous. These are not Nutella crepes with a hint of fruit, they’re well balanced.

The latte coffee has a chocolatey fruit flavor (blueberry maybe) that was quite nice. The espresso is dark and bitter, which I find satisfying but others might not care for.

You’re paying a lot for that quality however. Prices are quite high, but offset a little by the fast casual setting.“

“Loved the ambiance and lighting from the get go. Our server was super nice. I forgot her name but she had a dark hair, medium height, slender build and maybe mid thirtys. Our food was all delish and good portions. I had the Rib Eye with Mashed and Brussels. Sooo darn good. The Mango Habanero wings were crispy and saucy. We also had some Signature Burgers (good flavor and juicy), Kids Pepperoni Pizza (nice size and freshly made), Wedge Salad (perfectly cold and tossed in dressing) and the Cheese Bread (good portion and yummy.) Dessert was the Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate/ caramel drizzle and it was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Will be returning soon.
