“One front counter/drive thru person, 2 or 3 in back. This kid kept his cool, stayed focused on each customer he was working with, didn't let anyone else push him to go faster. I may have waited a few moments longer for my order, but it was nice seeing this guy work so well. As a former GM, this was nice to watch unfold. Chicken strips were meh, but the dog loved them“

“My favorite location! Burgers are always fresh and hot. Not thrown together with cold fries or chewy onion rings. My fries are always hot and crispy, my onion rings are perfect, never give me attitude if I ask for an extra sauce. I love the woman that run this location. It's clean inside and out and they nail my order customizations everytime.“
“A bit frustrated giving this 4 star review because I've visited this Carl's Jr on Bell after 10:30pm and on at least 4 occasions the young guy (not sure if he is Persian or Hispanic) ALWAYS cuts me off when I'm trying to order. I mean, I'm am most of the time not even finished saying what I want to order and then he cuts me off saying "anything next? Anything next!?" That is so rude, so unprofessional and extremely frustrating when you try to order. Constantly getting cut off to where you can't even finish what you're saying. I finally told the guy that I wasn't finished yet only for him to say
"okay go ahead!" I think I've experienced similar with another older light-skinned black guy. All 4 -5 experiences have been in the late evening after 10:45pm. I also noticed that both of these men will ask (at different times) me if I would like to try one of the specials, and then after I'd say no thank you, the guy would just stay quiet. So I decided to stay quiet until they asked me to state what I wanted to order.
This is extremely frustrating because I shouldn't have to do that! Also, the reason why I'm trying to give a description of the guys is because I don't know their names. And the only reason why I'm barely saying something now is because it has become so frustrating coming to this Carls Jr after 10:30pm because it's like this every time I visit. And I'm getting tired of getting cut off when I'm trying to order. I appreciate the hours of this Carls Jr. I just never had this experience with the female workers and want to commend you regarding those workers. If someone could please advise the staff about cutting people off when they're trying to order it would be so appreciated.
Sorry for the mixed review (4 stars with a complaint😫🫣😅) because otherwise the food is great the service is quick AND the other workers were great (a couple need to learn etiquette). Thank you for your patience“
“I went through the drive thru: I forgot how good their Western bacon cheeseburgers are! The fries were hot and perfect! I docked a star because they were out of diet coke, and they do not serve unsweetened tea? and I really wanted a diet coke! Drive thru customer service: These guys always get bashed I'm not going to do it! Food was yummy!
Vegetarian options: Carl's junior only offers the plant protein based burger as a vegetarian option as well as zucchini, fried and onion rings“
“I dunno, I feel like it gets getting sadder from both a food and cost perspective. App Happy Hour is super solid, though so for now they continue to pass.
Vegetarian options: The beyond burger was my savior like 3 yrs ago, now I eat them all again, buuut it's still so weirdly good, haha.“

“Very nice store! I don’t often go to carls Jr because they generally feel unclean or take a very long time to bring me my food, but the service was fantastic here. I came in last Thursday and the lady working there had such a positive upbeat attitude and was constantly checking to make sure everything was in order and helping her coworkers. I don’t normally care to bring up positive fast food experiences because it’s fast food and I hardly really care, but it was refreshing to see someone working so hard“

“This location is ok; it's not great, but not terrible. Generally what you'd expect from a CJ with decent consistency and quality control. Keypad control bathroom access for obvious reasons, (and they don't share the code). Bathroom is always kinda nasty anyway.
Some staff members and managers are friendly while doing their best, others not so much. Dining room (what I like about most Carl's Jr locations) is large enough to always accommodate dining in, with your choice of table type and some privacy“
“I go late at night n I always get the same lady. She’s quick very friendly and always in a great mood. Definitely will return here oh and the fries are always freshly made. Which Is amazing. “Haven't had fried zucchini in a min and stopped here at like 11pm. They were perfect and the window dude gave me both ranches bc I wasn't sure of the one that I like mostest.
