“Tried the $6 burrito 🌯 (on Halloween in costume) which turned into $12 but it still tasted delicious 😋 fresh everything. atmosphere is a bit loud at times, but i can still talk. Once you get to the cashier no smiles, no interaction, just bau #businessasusal.“

“Clean restaurant. The staff was cheerful and kind. Food portions were adequate. They indeed listened to what we had to say about ingredients. Parking (on the Google map) showed in the back side of the restaurant. The restroom was clean. And this restaurant is not asking for cheap tip! I would visit again!“

“I just left this location and wanted to write a review regarding the manager. I had an issue with my order, and she went above and beyond to fix it. As I was waiting for my order, another customer came in with an order discrepancy. Again, not the fault of the store, but an online pricing difference. The customer was visibly irritated, but the manager was completely composed and handled it gracefully. This will be my favorite location now.“

“I like this Chipotle location! It’s super clean, and the bowl I ordered was full. The only thing they could improve is cooking the rice a bit better—it was crunchy, and I didn’t enjoy that texture. Disregard previous reviews about the staff being rude; they were actually very friendly!

“I enjoy coming to this Chipotle because they have great fast service. They’re also really good about having all their food nice, hot, and fresh. They are not skimpy with the portions like some places either. The evenings has the best staff I feel too.“

“This location always does it right. I love the chipotlane option and the staff here. I had a problem with queso exploding in my bag tonight. I was still in the parking lot so I swung back around and Gabby was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and clean up everything my bag. Good customer service is hard to find these days so I super appreciate that she didnt make me feel bothersome.“

“Food is usually good however there’s a young lady who works at night she always has a bad attitude. Rude to me and other customers and also complaining and gossiping to other employees. Unprofessional. Seems like she hates her job. Also she serves below normal portion sizes. If she’s there I won’t return“

“We gave this location another try, and I'm glad we did. The customer service was great, and the team worked quickly and efficiently together to shorten the long line, so our wait wasn't that bad. Portion sizes have significantly increased compared to our previous visits. Hopefully, this will stay consistent.“

“The drivers who deliver food were being pushing, crowding the register and was interrupting the employees who were trying to get the others together and helping the customers who came into get food not ordering it online and having someone else deliver it. The employees were nice and of course the food is awesome.. I wish the employees would of told those drivers to wait their turn and to stop being so pushy but they tried to do their best so that's a good thing..I will continue to eat their and go there on a weekly basis“

“Best chipotle in sac by far. A bit on the colder side inside. Food always slaps every time I go.

Dietary restrictions: Good for people who have milk allergies. Don't put any cheese in your burrito and you're set.

“Witnessed a woman absolutely berate these employees over a soft taco with extra toppings. She was complaining about prices and yelling and cussing at them, they handled it with dignity and respect and deserve a raise! Totally kept their cool and kept the service going. Great job!“

“This location does what it can, despite the area. The staff looks a little young and has trouble maintaining professionalism when being asked questions, but we were all there at some point. The food portions I find when placing an order online, are small vs. when I am able to go in and stand there to watch them make my bowl. I've never had a problem with freshness or cleanliness at this location. The management there operates very friendly.“
