Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rancho Cordova

“I have celiac disease so there are few places I can actually eat when I don't feel like cooking at home. I always feel like a major pain going in and asking them to make special accommodations for me, but they always do it with a smile. They're getting to know my name and I no longer have to tell them I have celiac.

They put so much care into making sure that I am safe. They wash their hands, change their gloves, will get new utensils from the back for the items I'll be choosing, and they'll even grab the unused cheese from the fridge to put on my bowl because it avoids cross contamination since hands go in there.

I've read the other reviews, and I get that people will get frustrated and employees won't be perfect, but I go here multiple times a week and each time they do my order correctly and they do it safely. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
