“This is a chipotle, not a Michelin star restaurant. The employees have been absolutely stellar at loading up my bowl. I get double protein and double rice. This Chipotle does it right. No issues so far and I’ll keep coming back when I don’t want to cook myself!“

I work down the street so when I need to order lunch I like to know that I'm getting my money's worth, and I have never been disappointed when ordering from this specific store location. Hands down 10 out of 10 every single time. Would highly recommend especially if you've ever been disappointed at another store bcuz this place will restore your faith in the entire chain.“

“I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and, after attempting to cancel it and get a refund, I wasn't able to resolve the issue. I then went to the location where I intended to place my order and spoke with the manager. She took the time to review my order confirmation and troubleshoot the problem with me. When the usual solutions didn't work, she stepped in and personally took care of my order.
What stood out most was that she chose kindness, understanding, and exceptional customer service over simply following policy. “I just left this location and wanted to write a review regarding the manager. I had an issue with my order, and she went above and beyond to fix it. As I was waiting for my order, another customer came in with an order discrepancy. Again, not the fault of the store, but an online pricing difference. The customer was visibly irritated, but the manager was completely composed and handled it gracefully. This will be my favorite location now.“
“This hard-working team deserves a shout-out! The last two times I have visited, there has been a disgruntled customer yelling at them over something beyond their control. The managers handled the situation very well and worked to defuse it calmly.
Even while dealing with this, they continued preparing a large catering order and still checked me out with smiles on their faces. I would also like to commend the cashier. While the customer was getting in his face, he remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout. This team truly deserves recognition—and a weekend off!“

“Went with a couple of my friends. Manager “julien” was making the burritos, and when i was ordering, i asked for the burrito, and said i only wanted cheese and rice and the barbacoa! and when it got to the beans, i said no. so what does she do? Of course put beans in. i told her i actually didn’t want beans, so she went to remake it. So we’re back at the bean station and she Again asks, beans? Hm… i say No beans Please! HM! wonder what happens?
Of courseeee she gives me beans again! and quickly moves on to ask me abt other ingredients, even though Also! i told her already i only wanted 3 ingredients. I tell her “no i don’t want beans”. felt like i was going crazy! shouldn’t she know the chipotle way…

“Get takeout alot here. Usually great. Monday I got a burrito bowl. When I got home and started to eat I noticed the salt content was extremely elevated. Turns out the cilantro rice was a sodium bomb! Somebody messed up good. Had to scrape everything away from it and toss out the rice. Isolated incident but nasty and wasteful. Wonder if anyone noticed.“
“This location does what it can, despite the area. The staff looks a little young and has trouble maintaining professionalism when being asked questions, but we were all there at some point. The food portions I find when placing an order online, are small vs. when I am able to go in and stand there to watch them make my bowl. I've never had a problem with freshness or cleanliness at this location. The management there operates very friendly.“
“Michelle is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the correct order I want! She deserves a raise for sure!! (So Chipotle, give her one or at least a bonus!) she really is great and is one of the main reasons I come to this location because she will MAKE SURE I have good service.“
