“Michelle is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the correct order I want! She deserves a raise for sure!! (So Chipotle, give her one or at least a bonus!) she really is great and is one of the main reasons I come to this location because she will MAKE SURE I have good service.“

“I go here a lot and my experience is always good but I’m writing a review because they really need to get cleaner. Every time I go (about once a week) there is garbage overflowing outside, tables not wiped down, and the kitchen looks very filthy. The people are nice though and the food tastes as good as any chipotle. And they really need to get better at wrapping those burritos. They’re leaky and fall apart a lot. I’ve frequented a chipotle where they are wrapped perfectly every time no matter what so there’s no excuse for that.“

Greeted as soon as I came in, super pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and so fresh, unlike other locations in the area. The restaurant was also really clean! And when I tell you every employee was super pleasant, I mean every single one. They also said have a good day to everyone leaving. Might not seem like much but in an era where customer service is lacking everywhere, this was refreshing. Management at this location is doing something right!

“I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and, after attempting to cancel it and get a refund, I wasn't able to resolve the issue. I then went to the location where I intended to place my order and spoke with the manager. She took the time to review my order confirmation and troubleshoot the problem with me. When the usual solutions didn't work, she stepped in and personally took care of my order.

What stood out most was that she chose kindness, understanding, and exceptional customer service over simply following policy. “I just left this location and wanted to write a review regarding the manager. I had an issue with my order, and she went above and beyond to fix it. As I was waiting for my order, another customer came in with an order discrepancy. Again, not the fault of the store, but an online pricing difference. The customer was visibly irritated, but the manager was completely composed and handled it gracefully. This will be my favorite location now.“

“I am impressed with this Chipotle. The meat here is not as tough as other locations, and our portions were finally what I expected. I brought my older neighbor in with me (who easily gets confused) and the shorter employee that had a eyebrow piercing, she helped her understand how the ordering process went, and she ended up loving her first chipotle tacos! “I enjoy coming to this Chipotle because they have great fast service. They’re also really good about having all their food nice, hot, and fresh. They are not skimpy with the portions like some places either. The evenings has the best staff I feel too.“

“This location always does it right. I love the chipotlane option and the staff here. I had a problem with queso exploding in my bag tonight. I was still in the parking lot so I swung back around and Gabby was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and clean up everything my bag. Good customer service is hard to find these days so I super appreciate that she didnt make me feel bothersome.“

“Get takeout alot here. Usually great. Monday I got a burrito bowl. When I got home and started to eat I noticed the salt content was extremely elevated. Turns out the cilantro rice was a sodium bomb! Somebody messed up good. Had to scrape everything away from it and toss out the rice. Isolated incident but nasty and wasteful. Wonder if anyone noticed.“

“Witnessed a woman absolutely berate these employees over a soft taco with extra toppings. She was complaining about prices and yelling and cussing at them, they handled it with dignity and respect and deserve a raise! Totally kept their cool and kept the service going. Great job!“

“This location does what it can, despite the area. The staff looks a little young and has trouble maintaining professionalism when being asked questions, but we were all there at some point. The food portions I find when placing an order online, are small vs. when I am able to go in and stand there to watch them make my bowl. I've never had a problem with freshness or cleanliness at this location. The management there operates very friendly.“
