“Chipotle pretty good if you need something quick, fresh, and somewhat healthy. There portions have gone down over the years but it's still enough to get the job done. Quality has been ok as of late but I was surprisingly better my last couple of visits. If you're gonna treat yourself, get some chips and queso too.“
“I work near this location but live downtown. Typically this location is way better than the downtown locations. Nicer employees, they give better portions and you can actually taste the salt and lime on the chips. If I'm going to chipotle i usually prefer this location to any other in sacramento.“
“This location is always busy. I think they're a little skimpy on the portions of meat, so I usually purchase double meat portions for an extra cost. Of note, sour cream, salsa, and veggies are free with the meal, guacamole is an extra $2 or $4, however, they do not tell you this, you find out when your final price is more than expected. The food is always good.Parking: Maneuvering to park can sometimes be difficult because parking spots are small to me.“

“Great customer service! I ordered the crispy tacos with brown rice, sofritos, corn salsa, cheese and guacamole. Super delish, I was unaware the guacamole was extra, I think if the staff asks if I want guac they should follow up stating there’s an extra charge. But the tacos were super delish! I also ordered a large bag of chips only to find out it’s the same size of the regular size. As a side note I tried ordering online for the free guacamole on Feb 29 th but was unable to apply the code. Also, how can I order a large bag of chips online!!??Parking: Parking is horrible, but we were fortunate and found a parking spot.“
“I visited on 12/13/23. The manager Taylor absolutely saved my experience from being a negative one. My receipt says 8:31pm so I’d say this situation happened at least 3 minutes before. I’ll be sharing my experience in detail so this will be a lengthy review. I arrived and tried to order 2 bowls with white rice. I was told by the employee making my bowl that they were out of white rice for the rest of the evening. I was shocked to hear that because I didn’t think they were so close to closing. My phone was in the car so I asked what time it was. She immediately became aggressive and tried to rush me. I then asked the other workers if they had the time. Taylor(the manager) told me the time and I repeated what I was told “Are y’all really out of rice the rest of the evening and you don’t close until 10?” That’s when Taylor said it would be 20-27 mins for white rice. I said ohhhh ok I wasn’t told that. I turned back to the employee who tried to act like she didn’t just say that and I said “You switched up when I asked others for help. You did not say that more rice was cooking.” She immediately got upset, cut me off when I tried to speak, was very rude & dismissive, became combative and even tried to accuse me of arguing with her and being upset. I truly was not upset. I was direct, yes. The other employees and manager heard and saw everything. I’m confident if I was aggressive or rude, her manager would’ve came to her defense. I really didn’t appreciate being rushed and lied to about rice. I asked the employee if I could speak and she would not hardly let me. She ended up storming off and hiding in the back of the restaurant after being rude and argumentative toward me. Her manager came and helped me and apologized. I also apologized if she felt I was rude to her employee. She said if she felt I was wrong she would’ve came to her defense. She did not. Which told me I was not in the wrong. I understand it has been a long day but wow. That was a lot. The manager was gracious & comp’d my bowl and did fantastic making it right. My experience here is normally good. That’s why I only took 1 star off. Thank you to manager Taylor for handling this situation with grace. I was shocked to be spoken to and treated that way…I’ve been eating Chipotle over 15 years. Even after she stormed off, the manager immediately assisted me and treated me with kindness. I appreciate it. I will continue to patronize this business and not let one negative experience ruin me being a loyal customer. Great management skills, Taylor:)“

“The burritos at Chipotle are by far one of my favorite foods to get when im eating out, the price is always higher than id like but most of the time the portion sizes can make up for that. if i was cursed to only be able to eat one food from a restaurant for the rest of my life a half steak half barbacoa burrito from Chipotle might not win but its definitely a contender“
“I really enjoyed coming to this location. The prices were actually a couple of dollars lower than many of the other chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. The restaurant was clean, well organized and the staff was very friendly. Parking also was not an issue. I have a recommend.“
“I always stop in to buy lunch whenever I go buy groceries. The line can get quite long, but you move up quick enough so it's not an issue. You wait longer if you order online/ahead. The drinks and napkins are a bit hidden, but staff directed me to the area. Staff can also be friendly but if you appear to be impatient while waiting for your order, they will tell you.“

“Very satisfied with the food quality and service they provided. I came during the lunch hour but it was not very busy. I was able to order and get my food within 10 minutes. Its a little difficult to find free parking, so your best and closest option is parking on the street.“
“I find this place to be the only place to eat if you're eating at Chipotle. This location on Fair Oaks boulevard is the cleanest. The only place I found that doesn't have flies running around the food and tons of empty bucket sitting around with old food. I just hope they keep up the good work here.“
“I've been coming to this chipotle for YEARS and never had an experience like the one I did today. I don't remember who the girls name was because I didn't look at her badge, but she was the Hispanic girl with glasses working the morning shift. She was extremely energetic, engaging, helpful, and more than willing to meet standards when it comes to getting people's orders right. I was genuinely impressed with her overall performance with the job and if I had my physical wallet on me at the time, I would've tipped her. I don't ever write these reviews so that should tell you enough of how impressed I was. Make her a manager or something cause she's really good at her job!“
