I waited 20 minutes for my food. There was along line. I knew there would be a little wait. What I didn’t expect was getting by bowl comped because they felt bad for the 10 minutes that my food sat there while the sweet guy rolling the tortillas had to deal with a ton of ripped ones. Great guest service service and guest recovery.

Came in with my wife after a workout. We ordered two burrito bowls. At the cashier we asked for two water cups. The cashier told us they do not have cups for water. And instead of owning the fact that they failed to order or what may be the case and provide their patrons with a cup for water even if it a soda cup. The cashier asks up to pay for a small cup for soda. So charge us more money for your incompetence and lack of managerial skills and supervision. I keep forgetting that...read full review
