Usually I have no complaints but I got a large dirty rice and it was super dry and didn’t have much meat or flavor
Hoped to find a great fried chicken option. This wasn't it. Overall, the meal was ok. Waited nearly 20 minutes for the food. It was fresh. So credit given there. $30 got me 5 shrimp, 2 fish filets, a chicken leg, a chicken thigh, a bread roll, and 2 sides. I selected dirty rice and mashed potatoes. The shrimp was Cajun seasoned and battered and fried. Shrimp was ok. Flavor good. But cooked maybe 45 seconds to a minute too long. Thats an eternity for shrimp. If you know you know....read full review
You walk in and its clean. Food made to order. Hot, fresh. Well seasoned without being too salty. The red beans and rice taste like home. Red snapper fish fried however you like. No mushy catfish. All sides on point. Highly recommend!!

Louisiana Fried Chicken Sacramento is a take-out only spot with no dine-in available. The restaurant is clean, and food is made to order, arriving piping hot, fresh, and well seasoned without being too salty. The fried chicken is hot, fresh, juicy, and delicious without being greasy. The catfish and shrimp are among the best, with the recipe down like being in Louisiana. The red snapper fish can be fried however you like, and there is no mushy catfish. The red beans and rice taste like home, and all sides are on point. The crinkle cut fries are delicious and add to the enjoyment. The salt and pepper wings are so good, especially when asked to fry them hard so they are crispy. A lemon pepper flavor is also available. The #4 fried fish combo comes recommended. The shrimp is Cajun seasoned and battered and fried, with good flavor. The fish is surprisingly good, white fish cooked to liking, not hard or over fried, with a batter that gives a nice crisp. The tartar sauce is nasty, reminiscent of 1,000 island dressing, but the hot sauce is a better option for the fish. The chicken is decent, smaller pieces but seasoned, not overcooked, and not fried in old burned oil. The mashed potatoes taste like clay with a white flavorless gravy, and the dirty rice is like fried rice with maybe a Cajun seasoning added. The value is not there, as Popeyes has a comparable meal 30 percent cheaper. The slushies are seriously the best, like pineapple with green apple, cooling down to the last drop.
