It's an older joint but the staff was rude and they don't listen. My nephew ordered shrimp noodle soup but they didn't understand him ( he speaks low in public, 7 years old) so I asked my nephew did you want chicken or shrimp, number 8 or number 9 he said 9 but they brought chicken. Pho Ru truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, got to love mom and pop shops with style. I have been looking for the best pho in Sacramento, and I think I finally found one. Pho soup made of quality ingredients and was so aromatic and flavorful. I only tried pho, but I am definitely coming back to try other dishes. One downside was that it cost me almost 20 dollars, including tips for one pho soup.
