Had dinner here for a party of 6 on a weekday. Their complimentary bread (especially the brown bread) and butter were very good. The smoked appetizer they had us taste was very good. Staff were attentive and quick. It took a long time for our orders to arrive though. Food was good. I had the spinach ravioli with ricotta and goat cheese, topped with asparagus, tomatoes,etc. Tasted great but note it’s a small serving. The Firehouse is one of Sacramento's great restaurants for fine dining. We stopped in for another Monday Meat-up - this time it was Veal Osso Buco. The dish was a 10/10. The service is top notch. There was a small hiccup tonight with the fresh pasta dish, but they made every effort to make it right. We will return.

One of a kind experience. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as i was expecting for the price. The main course was plain and bland, nothing i can't make at home better, but the first 2 courses were amazing. The service was excellent! NOT for kids.
