Enjoyed my tasting with Matthew! We drove past Brasswood while visiting the St Helena area, and saw that Westwood was one of the new wineries featured on their property. I gave them a quick ring to see had they any bookings free for two people - thankfully they did and we quickly turned around and made our way there. A truly high class, unforgettable tasting experience. First off, all the wines were superb, especially the Legend Cabernet Sauvignon. The Pinots (of which there were several) were also spot on, with just the right amount of breadth and complexity that makes a memorable pinot. The setting was very private and beautiful.
