McDonald's in Salinas

“I ordered typical quarter pounder with cheese and fries. I was a little disappointed by the fries they're not as good as they used to be I don't think it's the fault of this particular restaurant. I think has to do with the type of oil they use to fry them in now.“

“Drive-thru is pretty fast and efficient though prices have risen from before. Food is still good but their vanilla cones, which used to have much more ice cream than other locations are now smaller. The people who work here are polite and excellent and the interior of the building is clean (most of the time). Ample seating is also available inside, their restrooms are clean for the most part, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.“

“I always love coming to ba ba ba ba I am loving it. We got to bring back the dollar burger for the hamburglar. We are awaiting for the mcvalue deals. Remenscibon 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 mcdouble with bacon. Haha, to play the game of monopoly bring back the value this establishment will shine.“

“I had an issue where my mobile order was mistakenly picked up in the system, however I was not able to get my order because the restaurant was temporarily closed due to an issue.
I called and spoke with Issac who was super helpful and apologetic. He and his supervisor Carlos offered a refund or to make my order for me once they were able to get back up and running.
Everything was explained in detail and they were both Very helpful. Outstanding customer service!“

“On the 30th of April me and some friends went to this mcdonald’s and met a worker named Emmanuel which made three of us. His service was the hands down absolute best i’ve ever gotten from mcdonald’s. Never have i ever felt so properly cared for… Because of him me and my friends had an amazing rest of our day. “I recently visited this McDonald's location and was very disappointed with the hygiene practices of some of the male employees. I noticed a few workers with visibly dirty hands and untrimmed, unclean fingernails while handling food. It’s unacceptable regardless of whether they're at the register or in the kitchen—cleanliness is essential when working in food service. It left me concerned about overall food safety and whether proper hygiene standards are being enforced. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it promptly.“
