McDonald's in Salinas

“I ordered typical quarter pounder with cheese and fries. I was a little disappointed by the fries they're not as good as they used to be I don't think it's the fault of this particular restaurant. I think has to do with the type of oil they use to fry them in now.“

“I had an issue where my mobile order was mistakenly picked up in the system, however I was not able to get my order because the restaurant was temporarily closed due to an issue.
I called and spoke with Issac who was super helpful and apologetic. He and his supervisor Carlos offered a refund or to make my order for me once they were able to get back up and running.
Everything was explained in detail and they were both Very helpful. Outstanding customer service!“

He placed my order on their automated machine for me, served me the ice cream cone, and asked if I needed napkins. I literally had less than 10 minutes left on my lunch 🙃 hour as well ! His service was the hands down absolute best i’ve ever gotten from mcdonald’s. Never have i ever felt so properly cared for… Because of him me and my friends had an amazing rest of our day. “I recently visited this McDonald's location and was very disappointed with the hygiene practices of some of the male employees. I noticed a few workers with visibly dirty hands and untrimmed, unclean fingernails while handling food. It’s unacceptable regardless of whether they're at the register or in the kitchen—cleanliness is essential when working in food service. It left me concerned about overall food safety and whether proper hygiene standards are being enforced. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it promptly.“
