“Simply spectacular, I ordered a mojarra and a fish broth and what a delight the toasted mojarra was juicy inside, its companions were, of course, the rice with paprika, those refried beans, those delicious freshly prepared and golden popusas, the fish soup is fish with its good pieces and an exquisite flavor, 100% recommended, I will return soon, thank you very much.“
“We came to Palenque kitchen by Mezcal for my boyfriend's birthday and it did not disappoint! Not only was the atmosphere perfect, but the food was amazingly delicious. It exceeded my expectations. Also, the service (from being seated to finish) was wonderful. Christian was our server and he took very good care of us, from being tentative to going above and beyond. The whole experience was worth going and I highly recommend. If you go, ask for Christian! ???“
“I was looking for a place that had quesa Birria tacos and found this location on Yelp decided to give it a try. Restaurant is ran by a husband and wife. Wife was very welcoming and offered suggestions. We were not disappointed. Ordered the quesa Birria tacos and potato tacos. Both were made fresh with good flavor. Quesa Birria tacos included consome. Location is tiny but they offer outdoor seating. Parking is located at the back of restaurant. Also keep in mind location is cash only! Will be back in future to try other items.“
“The USA ones are not the same as El Salvador's chicken, but its as close to home as you can get. The chicken is never dry. Always juicy and the skin has the perfect amount of spices. The smell going into the restaurant takes my soul back home. Wish they had Salvadoran horchata though. Service is quick here, chick is always hot and fresh“
