Ordered 16 wing combo online. Only received half the order. Tried to call restaurant and couldn't get hold of anyone. The wings I got were fine. The sour taste of paying 40 dollars for an incomplete order is the only real draw back.
Don't order directly from their website. They use doordash, but their website did not send my house number to doordash. I did not get the food. It is literally impossible to get a refund because use Chili's to prepare the food and their system literally cannot give refunds for "it's just wings" orders and doordash cannot give a refund because "it's just wings" was the one who actually took the money.
