“I’ve tried a few drinks here because I love their aesthetic and found my favorite (peach oolong with the cream + pecan topping, 50% sweet). It’s light, fragrant but not overpowering and refreshing on a nice day in SF. I waded through a bunch of people at Molly tea the other weekend in South Bay and it’s usually much easier to order here and just as good. Love the little figurines and calligraphy decor too (those aren’t for sale)! ✨“

“Gillian & Gina run a beautiful business. My favorite thing to do is to make a reservation and bring friends to get the traditional Afternoon Tea Service. They also offer a more casual walk-up menu. This menu includes assorted Tea Sandwiches, Scones served with Clotted Cream and Preserves, Crumpets served with Meyer Lemon Curd, Assorted Sweets and a large variety of Loose-Leaf Teas. Everything is delicious. Also this past year they have been generously hosting Pop Ups for local makers. They also have lots of treasures for sale. Lovey's is a wonderful place.“

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tpumps in Foster City!
We ordered 50 custom drinks for our daughter's 7th birthday party, and from the very beginning, Yvonne made the entire process incredibly easy. She was patient, responsive, and helped us customize the order to make it perfect for a large group of kids and parents.
We ordered split cups with two fruit tea combinations—Watermelon Lychee with Lychee Jelly and Honey Mango Peach with Boba—and they were a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved them, the parents did too, and the split cups were such a fun idea because everyone got to try two different flavors.
Yvonne helped us customize everything, from the sweetness level and toppings to the pickup time, and every detail was handled exactly as requested. Best of all, the entire order was ready right on time, making pickup quick and effortless so we could get back to the party without any stress.
Coordinating a large order for a children's birthday party can be overwhelming, but Tpumps made it one of the easiest parts of the day. Their customer service was exceptional, the drinks were fresh and delicious, and they truly helped make our daughter's birthday extra special.

“The fruit tea was pretty good, and the boba had a nice chewy texture, which was definitely a plus.

The shop itself was clean and comfortable. In fact, the cleanliness inside was much better than the surrounding street area. There were plenty of seats available, and the couches made it a nice place to sit and relax.

My only complaint is the ceiling fan located under the hanging lights. When the fan is spinning, it creates a flickering shadow effect that can be a bit uncomfortable for the eyes, especially if you’re sitting directly underneath it.“

I’m proud to say I’ve been to ALL the branches, from San Jose to Daly City! Vicky and Tyler from the team helped me coordinate drinks for two company events within a week, for a total of 600+ drinks!

There’s a couple of reasons why I prefer serving Tiger Tea for large events. 1.) Their drinks are actually good. 2.) Their pricing is extremely competitive. 3.) They use non-dairy creamer, so it’s an easy win for people with lactose intolerance. 4.) They deliver!

Drinks ordered:
- Classic black milk tea: Truly a classic!
- Jasmine milk tea: This one was the crowd favorite
- Thai milk tea: I think I had three of these, so good!
- Brown rice tea: A nutty, dairy-free option
- Oolong tea: A bolder, dairy-free option

I got a mix of some drinks with boba and some without. If I could do it again, I think I would skip the boba, since the ones that sat out too long hardened a bit. 50% sweet was the perfect option for most folks. Some attendees asked if I had 0% options, which I would probably consider for a future order! 🤔

For the second, smaller event, I requested to add no ice, but leave some room, since we were putting them into the fridge for employees to grab. This worked out well and resulted in less “sweating” cups!

I’m very grateful they let me customize the little name tag that comes on the drinks, so my name wasn’t on 600+ cups. They put a cute “Happy10” for the name field instead!“

“I LOVE this place. I miss coming here since I moved across the water to Oakland. Every so often when I go to the city I make a point to stop in to get my favorite matcha with the red bean. I loved it so much I brought my family here who was visting from out of state. I was pleased to know they liked it as well.“

“I have been here since they have existed, usually when I am in the area or when I am craving for a refreshing drink. Most of the times there are lines out the door and I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I am glad they opened a location here since there are not much boba shops within the area. The staffs here are well trained, welcoming and understanding where I never encountered an issue during any of my visits. Their menu consists of traditional milk teas, fruit teas, lattes, specialty drinks and much more. Everything is made to order which is always a plus for me. You can order either from the counter or at any of their self serve kiosks. The shop is compact and it is best to wait outside after placing your order. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, anyone in need of a refresher or if you are looking to try something new. I definitely will be back to tryout the other refreshing options they have to offer.“
