“My fiance (now wife!) and I got married in October of this year. We had an intimate ceremony at SF City Hall and were in need of a chill, laid-back venue to host our reception at. We're both huge beer lovers and naturally, breweries were among our top choice of places we wanted to host our gathering at.

We visited quite a few different breweries and ended up booking our reception with Devil's Canyon Brewing Company. These guys specialize in private events (they're actually only open one day of the week to the public, the other days are all for private events) and it shows. Orestes, Agathe, and the rest of the team at Devil's Canyon were highly professional, accommodating, and friendly, and made our big day extra special.

Our guests raved about the venue, specifically how intimate it felt given our headcount of about 50 guests. We rented our the barrel room which gave our event a private feel despite the rest of the brewery being open to the public, and we even got to use their AV to play a slideshow and our own music. The brews were fantastic and the food trucks on-site were a hit, giving our guests tons of options and generous portion sizes.

Overall, we are extremely happy with how our big day turned out and can't thank the folks at Devil's Canyon enough for being a part of it. Thank you again to Orestes, Agathe, and the rest of the team, and we hope to be back soon!“

“I'm a big Barebottle fan and have visited their various locations before this one opened. Great beers including amazing sours (my favorite!). The staff are always so friendly and happy to provide tasters and recommendations when there are new rotations.

I booked the lounge area with with pinball machines and games for my birthday celebrations last week and the team were absolutely amazing. We opted to have our guests grab their own beers, but staff checked in with us throughout our time to make sure we had everything we might need!

“I finally got the chance to visit this place, live only two blocks away. Roommate and I love the place, the burgers are OMG so good. The buffalo wings are so damn good, and the drinks even better. Burger meat is excellent, salad is good. Atmosphere is great, low key, inviting, and very comfortable. Short waiter was very nice and attentive, one of the beers master came to our table and brought some of our drinks, very nice customer service. I myself am in the customer service industry, very hard to find good quality customer service and servers that love what they do, well I was impressed with the excellent customer service. I will be coming back to this place. Good addition to Redwood City downtown.“

“We arrived 15 minutes early and were immediately seated. Restaurant was very busy. Staff was very polite and friendly. Service was exceptional. Food and beverages were served quickly. Everything was very well prepared and ready to eat. Drink refills were provided without having to ask. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning soon.“

“This restaurant is located in the Harvey Milk Terminal 1. So, at SFO if you’re about to retrieve your bags from an inbound flight on Delta and you’d like to try Drake’s Flyaway, turn left. You’ll find many nice new venues.
I decided to dine at Drake’s Flyaway and I’m glad I did. For an airport restaurant, it’s simply fantastic. You’ll find it a tad on the pricey side, but you’re not gonna eat here every day. If you choose to eat here I do recommend the potato leek soup as a side dish.“
