Bonjour Bakery is a standout! I've seen them at the Hillcrest and Civita Park farmers' markets. They have delicious sweet and savory treats. I recently got a ham and cheese croissant that was phenomenal. They also had one with a jalapeno paste that looked so good. I've heard people rave about this bake shop before and am glad I finally got to give them a try.
We have frequented the Bonjour booth at ALL the farmers markets for the last 2.5 years, and we were so happy to visit their storefront. Beautiful space with nice little details that make the space very inviting. Croissants are some of the best I've had, and rival Arsicault and Tartine in SF, and Petrossian and Bien Cuit in NYC. What a great French bakery in Little Italy! They have so many pastries and lunch options available here, as well as coffees and teas. I loved their Croifeuille (the flattened croissant with pastry cream between)! Inside is beautifully decorated. They only have a couple seats and it gets pretty busy so I recommend coming early if you can!
