This Dunkin’ location has friendly, helpful staff who are often overworked with only one person. The coffee quality is great, better than the Dunkin on Broadway. Menu items like a maple bar and apple fritter are not disappointing, and extra munchkins brighten the day. The interior is petite, and the downtown area feels a bit unsafe due to homeless individuals lingering, but that is a city problem. No line or crowd at 8am on a Saturday.
