The food is great! This place ambiance is an authentic Chinese cuisine restaurants. Their service is not good. The servers are always hovering around the tables. One of the servers recommended fried fish even though we wanted steamed. When we ordered the fried fish, he had convinced us that the fried fish was better so we went ahead and ordered it. so when the fried fish came it was gross. We told him it was not good. First of all, you should know - the restaurant is cash only (maybe not weekday) - they have automatic 18% tip (i don't understand people tip less than 18%. So it doesn't bother me) - Good dim sum restaurants don't have the cart service. You usually order what you want. So it's fresh. - Good Chinese restaurants usually have bad service. The food was mediocre and the prices were high. We made a reservation for lunch to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year. The restaurant was slammed with business and they were only accepting cash payments. We ordered off their menu of the day and many of the items served were poorly prepared - beef short ribs that were all fat, etc....In the end we wished we had gone somewhere else for the $200 cash down on lunch. We had 4 people in our party and for $50 cash each I would expect better...read full review
