“Jersey Mike’s truly delivers when it comes to a top-notch sub experience. I tried one of their signature subs, and honestly, I’m in love with it. The veggies are crisp, the toppings generous, and when you get it “Mike’s Way,” with that oil, vinegar, and spices, it all comes together beautifully. It’s clear they care about quality, and you can taste it in every bite. Compared to other sub chains, Jersey Mike’s stands out by miles. You don’t just get a sandwich; you get a flavorful, satisfying meal. Definitely my go-to spot now when I’m craving a really good sub. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet!“

“It was impressive to watch them slice the meat as they were making my sandwich. It was delicious and fresh it had a little too much vinegar for me. I probably wouldn’t do it’s Mike’s way because of the amount of vinegar. Otherwise it was tasty!“

“I have ordered frequently from this place. In person and via the Mobile app. The shift manager is always prioritizing customers and emphasizing great service. I have become a regular and is quick to take a few seconds to hand me my order so him and his staff can get back to taking care of their customers. They are always kind, and very approachable!“

“The guy who made my sandwich tonight was lively and full of conversation. Even though it was busy, he tended to all my personal sandwich choices I made with no complaint. “The best sub shop in the area, no doubt. The “Giant” sized sub is exactly that. I’m a big eater and even I had to take home the last section! They have lots of sandwich choices, both hot and cold. I got the “Original Italian”, Mike’s way, which is basically everything on it. The sandwich was well-built, with lots of meat, cheese, and veggies. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient; they will make sure your sandwich is made exactly the way you like it. The soda fountain has the usual Pepsi products, but they also offered “Stubborn” brand root beer and creame soda. The seating area was very clean with lots of elbow room, probably around a dozen tables, including a few outside the shop. I’ll definitely come back. (I haven’t had a chance to check out their app and rewards program, so I can’t offer any insight into those.)“

“I discovered that the #16 Chicken Philly can be customized to replicate the chicken sandwiches I used to get at a local Filipino-owned sandwich place where I grew up.

Lately, I've been having the staff at this store make it, and it's been incredible each time.

It's the #16 Chicken Philly, no pepper strips, add bell peppers and mushrooms, add mayo and mustard, no white American cheese, add provolone, extra dark toast on the bread.“

“This was my first time inside a Jersey Mike’s and I have to say it was such a wonderful experience. After reading the back of the bag’s origin story, it finished with talking about the mission focusing on good subs, and friendly service, and taking care of their community. The guys that were working tonight embodied all of these- making great sandwiches but also creating kind conversation about how their shift was going and also mentioning their community outreach with donations to Rady’s in March. “Love me don't jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are always great. My favorite is the #3, Turkey and provolone. I like mustard and mayo on my sandwiches.
The club is delicious as well.
This Jersey Mike's is a hit or miss on the friendly service. As much as I do like to say this, it's usually the females that don't have a smile and act like they would rather be someplace else. I feel like I'm being rushed or as if it's a problem for me to ask for mustard.
Other than that, I love this place.“

“I’ve only been to this Jersey Mike’s once before, maybe like 3 months ago to grab a small Turkey and provolone sandwich for an after/gym snack.

This time I had the chipotle cheese steak on rosemary parmesan, and added portobello mushrooms, pepper relish, grilled banana peppers, and grilled jalapeños. This is a sandwich I saw @thatcrazysubguy make on Instagram.

The sandwich was really good! It was spicy, juicy, as cheesy! It was pretty heavy to be honest, but I liked it a lot. I ordered it via the website and it was ready in 10 minutes. Super simple process and easy to grab and go once I was at the store.

Update: I went back tonight and tried the No. 9 Club Supreme. I subbed chipotle mayo for regular mayo and added pepper relish. I also had it Mike’s Way. It was really good! Definitely better than the customized chipotle cheesesteak I had before. I think the cold sandwiches are where it’s at.“

“This is my second time to eat their sandwich and it is still the same good as before. This time I chose a hot sub, the Philly chicken portobello mushroom cheesesteak sub and my hubby had an all Italian, both of us enjoyed the sandwiches. Mine is so juicy, loaded of stuffers. I want to say this is the best service ever in a fast food place. The girl who made my husband’s sandwich is super patient, very friendly, I feel like to go back just because of her service, feeling so welcoming. The store is not big but clean.“

“Great customer service and great sandos. Wish I got their names but I stopped in to pick up an order tonight (2/16 at 8:30p) . As soon as I walked in, the woman behind the counter welcomed me, immediately asked if I was picking up and then gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. As another customer walked in, she acknowledged them and set expectations of the wait while she worked on my order. She then went over the contents of my order while she was packing it up. Living in Mission Valley, customer service is not the greatest, but we keep coming back here because everyone is so friendly and the sandos are consistent.
Also, there was a gentleman who was packing up the rugs --he found $20 on the floor by the register and immediately returned it to the customer before me who paid cash. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you for the great sandos and the great experience!“

She starts making my sandwich and when someone else walks in, she starts making their sandwichm even though I let her know that I am in a hurry. “Walked in and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles all around—good vibes from the jump. The team was upbeat, clearly enjoying what they do, and it showed.

I placed my order and within 8 minutes, it was done—fast, efficient, no fuss. Everything looked fresh, and they nailed exactly how I wanted my sandwiches. Shoutout to Donna and Hannah: not only did they do an excellent job, but they kept it light and funny the whole time. Great energy, great service.

“First time we eat here, the Philly Cheese Steak (Mike's famous philly) #17. It was delicious. It is beef with onion and tomato.They handle cold subs too and we ordered the #6 Roast Beef and provolone, it is normal and tastes fresh.But the best is #17 in our opinion.“
