“When considering the size and cost of this sub, it is a great sandwhich. I love the philly cheese subs, hot buffalo chicken, and chicken bacon ranch all on herb and cheese bread. Not a lot of seating and the parking is very crowded. The staff rotates in and out fast since its a summer job kind of place, so during lunch rush with a trainee cashier, it can take a bit longer than normal, but overall still worth the wait and difficult parking lot.“

“I have ordered frequently from this place. In person and via the Mobile app. The shift manager is always prioritizing customers and emphasizing great service. I have become a regular and is quick to take a few seconds to hand me my order so him and his staff can get back to taking care of their customers. They are always kind, and very approachable!“

“I've been coming here to grab lunch about once a week for a bit, staff is great though there have been a couple of times when they've been understaffed when I show up and the line starts to get pretty long. Management needs to step up on scheduling/ hiring/ or stepping in themselves to pick up the slack“

Today I am rating 5 stars because of employee Brandon's impressive customer service. There was a problem with my order and he managed to turn the situation into a positive experience than the usual combative attitudes from other food establishments. “I’ve only been to this Jersey Mike’s once before, maybe like 3 months ago to grab a small Turkey and provolone sandwich for an after/gym snack.

This time I had the chipotle cheese steak on rosemary parmesan, and added portobello mushrooms, pepper relish, grilled banana peppers, and grilled jalapeños. This is a sandwich I saw @thatcrazysubguy make on Instagram.

The sandwich was really good! It was spicy, juicy, as cheesy! It was pretty heavy to be honest, but I liked it a lot. I ordered it via the website and it was ready in 10 minutes. Super simple process and easy to grab and go once I was at the store.

Update: I went back tonight and tried the No. 9 Club Supreme. I subbed chipotle mayo for regular mayo and added pepper relish. I also had it Mike’s Way. It was really good! Definitely better than the customized chipotle cheesesteak I had before. I think the cold sandwiches are where it’s at.“

She starts making my sandwich and when someone else walks in, she starts making their sandwichm even though I let her know that I am in a hurry. That was inconsiderate and frustrating.The sandwich was good.“

“Great customer service and great sandos. Wish I got their names but I stopped in to pick up an order tonight (2/16 at 8:30p) . As soon as I walked in, the woman behind the counter welcomed me, immediately asked if I was picking up and then gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. As another customer walked in, she acknowledged them and set expectations of the wait while she worked on my order. She then went over the contents of my order while she was packing it up. Living in Mission Valley, customer service is not the greatest, but we keep coming back here because everyone is so friendly and the sandos are consistent.
Also, there was a gentleman who was packing up the rugs --he found $20 on the floor by the register and immediately returned it to the customer before me who paid cash. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you for the great sandos and the great experience!“

“I love Jersey Mike's subs because of the fresh sliced meat and cheese and the fresh toppings. Ordering in person is easy and the staff is always willing to make changes so it's made to your liking.
However, if you order online and have a special request, don't expect them to follow your request. I've had it happen on at least 3 orders to have juice on the side but when I received the sandwich by delivery or picked it up, the juice was on the sandwich. Makes it all soggy if you save half for the next day. I called to complain and they said the manager would call me the next day. Never heard from anybody. So now I doubled check it if I'm picking up and kind of take me chances on deliveries. Sorry, but I speak the truth in my reviews. That's the only reason I have service 4 stars instead of 5.“
