Food was amazing and our waitress Gina was so sweet. This was our first time visiting San Diego and this was the perfect spot for us to relax and grab a bite.

La Puerta is a lively restaurant with a vibrant bar atmosphere, making it less suitable for a quiet date night inside. Despite some wait time for a table, the Borito and Shrimp Taco were highly praised, and the Chicken Tortilla Soup was very good, especially with pieces of cheese.
