Customer service can use a refresher course in customer service.
I really love their coffee and their bahn mi it’s actually delicious I love the biscoff butter iced coffee but I asked for light ice and they said they would have to give me less drink. I mean really? I just don’t want too much ice because either way usually we’ll be getting more ice than drink so I asked to get light ice and the cup wasn’t even full to the top, it’s fine I paid 6 dollars for it but it’s annoying.
