A very poorly run operation. Don't ever get into the drive-through line. You could be there forever. One gets the impression that the staff members do their best, but they are working under ridiculous mandates from management.. This location needs a top-to-bottom re-organization.
Great staff works well as a team to get food & service done right
It’s McDonald’s. But the service sucked.

McDonald's offers good prices on burgers and value menu items, particularly the $5 value meals. However, some customers have experienced poor service, reporting that staff members are rude and show disregard to certain individuals. On the other hand, others have had positive experiences, praising the speed of service, freshness of food, and friendly staff, such as Antonia. Recently, customers noted that the food was barely warm and tasteless, even when the restaurant was not busy, and the bathroom was disgusting. Outdoor seating was plentiful, but every table was filthy dirty, leading one customer to say they won't be returning. Several reviews mentioned issues with the bathroom being destroyed or smelling bad due to homeless people, and parking being crowded with cars that don't belong to McDonald's. Despite these problems, some visitors found the food, including burgers and fish sandwiches, to be made properly and enjoyed the ice cream, smoothies, and coffee, which were always good. Vegetarian options are available if asked for no meat or chicken. The restaurant has around 10 parking spaces and is considered okay for kids and wheelchair accessible.
