Hours show this mcdonald's is open 24 hours with drive thru. Pulled up, was informed they are closed. There is a large group sitting/eating in the lobby. Inquired if they were no longer a 24 hour location, the lady snapped back "we are closed".They need to work on their customer service here.
I ordered on the mcdonald's app only for them to tell me it's down. Couldn't get a refund because I can't cancel, can't order from a different one since it still processed for me to pick from a store that can't accept/make my order.

The worst customer service ever, they don't try to help or attend, and you have to wait until someone checks up in the front to see if your order is even ready and hope they didn't get your order
