McDonald's offers excellent customer service, self-service kiosks, and great WiFi. The atmosphere is pleasant, with modern decor. While the location can be a challenge to find and parking is limited in the busy area, the food is generally good quality. Fries are sometimes not hot, but the Big Macs and Filet-O-Fish remain favorites. Prices can be higher, but redeeming deals and ordering through the app are hassle-free. The drive-thru option might be better due to limited parking during construction nearby. Carlos is noted for being energetic and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. However, there have been instances of missing food items, which can be frustrating, but the staff remains kind and accommodating.
