Came by Menya Ultra in Mira Mesa last night at about 7pm with my Chinese friend. I’ve been to this location once before several years ago, and wanted to check it out again. Overall, I give the food about 4/5 stars, while the service is 5/5. Atmosphere is calm, simple, and relaxed, but nothing spectacularly memorable.
