I am very glad this location opened, very convenient if you get hungry while shopping. They have a nice front outdoor eating area and inside seating, and I particularly like the panda artwork inside. One thing that affected my rating is the front entrance/start of the line. It is a rather small area and if there is more than a few people in line, it runs outside of the door. Food was good, it's a chain, the food is always the same, I didn't have to wait long either. It's wasn't that busy but the woman who took my order rushed me, and I found her kind of passive aggressively rude. I was tired from a long week, I laughed at her rudeness instead of being a dick. She needs some customer service training. I won't name names I don't want to single her out, karma....

I love this restaurant! Not only is it located in one of my favorite malls (Westfield Mission Valley) but I love this Panda Express! The food is very delicious and cooked deliciously as well! Great customer service as well! I also like how you can sit both inside and outside since they have an outside dining area as well. I highly recommend this place!
