Food and service was lacking, especially for premium airport prices.
None of the food we had came as advertised and the quality is exceptionally low.
The “crispy chicken sandwich” isn’t crispy at all like other chicken sandwiches you might be imagining. Still real chicken breast, but it’s not battered and fried in the kitchen, probably thawed and heated in an oven.
Swapping out fries for caesar salad “upgrade” (for an extra $4.99) was a big mistake. Clearly a bagged salad kit from the grocery store....read full review

The QR code system is still broken and the bar is failing by under staffing. I suppose the QR was supposed to cut down on labor but leaving this system broken is incompetent. The Bar servers were nice and efficient but overwhelmed due to this QR issue and number of patrons. I waited 10 minutes at the bar without being asked for anything. Again, I do not blame the bar tenders. Last year when I last ate here, the food was really good but I can't tell if the quality is good now since...read full review
