First time and the food is excellent. Will definitely go back. Especially for the short rib banh mi!
I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in San Diego, but my mouth is literally watering while I’m writing this review 😂 Pho Time is the name of FLAVOR! The broth was rich and well seasoned, everything tasted incredible. The portions were HUGE for the short rib 🤤 As I was leaving, I was looking at the menu planning what I’ll ordering next time. I’ll be back 100%
