Great view, decent service, but very slow bar drinks. Waited for the one bartender to make all drinks on a Friday evening. They weren't anything special and not bad but not worth the wait. Another trained bartender would have paid for itself because we would have ordered at least one more round. Instead, we left as we ran out of time. Plenty of servers standing around waiting for the drinks to be made.

We realized, as we arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, that the Omni was a far better choice. But our group reservation was at the Hard Rock. Some phone calls were made; Noah, the manager at the Omni was consulted; and everything was sorted out to allow us to upgrade to the Omni. What was amazing? The price (a bit less than Hard Rock, I think) and the pool. But Noah’s kindness ranks even higher. Our stay was a pleasure, and we would be happy to return.

The on-site dining at the Terrace Bar and Grill was found to be overpriced and underwhelming, with even basic items like chicken tenders lacking in quality. While the concierge service was top-notch, the front desk staff's friendliness varied. Overall, the Terrace Bar and Grill at the Omni Hotel is a decent option for individuals, couples, and families due to its location and potential for improvement in room quality and dining experience.
