About The Counter

The Counter offers airport food at typical inflated prices. The Chipotle chicken sandwich was tasty but a bit dry. While there is no seating, there is a counter where customers can stand and eat. The restaurant faces the workers, which can feel a bit cramped. Despite the high prices, the staff is accommodating and attentive to dietary restrictions, though they may seem busy at times. The portions of salads are generous, and the packaging is eco-friendly. The breakfast burrito with sausage is available, but some customers feel it lacks flavor and should be served with salsa. Overall, The Counter is considered one of the better airport food options, especially for a quick meal, and it is conveniently located close to gate 7 at the San Diego airport.

One of the best airport food I tasted! Tried their clsssic cheeseburgers and 50/50 fries! Awsome food! It’s close to gate 7 at the San Diego airport! I highly recommend!

Best bang for your buck in this wing of the airport. Got the old school cheese burger snd fry soda combo. Not the best tasting but like I said your best purchase for options. Filling. I say check it out if you need a quick bite to hold you over.
