Tried this restaurant out for the first time to celebrate a friends birthday. The staff did a nice job at accommodating our large group of 12. The food and drinks were all brought out pretty quickly and regularly. The food was good but not as outstanding as I was expecting. I was also a bit shocked at the prices for their dishes. Tasty food and has some good dishes that I can’t find elsewhere in the city. But, quite pricey for what you get and prices have dramatically increased lately, it seems: many dishes could be at least $10 cheaper. I want to support a local business but alas I am not sure I can go back too often! Still recommend it for once in a while.

Sashayed over to The Venetian Restaurant in Point Loma with my buxom squeeze yesterday evening for a celebratory Valentine's Day feast. The iconic Italia slop joint was firing on all cylinders providing a next level dining experience. Space is smart, roomy, & hip with a lively bar, plenty of high tops and comfortable booths.
