“We LOVE coming to Big Jim's! Great restaurant with delicious food! The service is unmatched, Hugo and Diana always help us when we come in and they are always on top of the service. “Ordered the combination appetizer. Wow it was so big! I was expecting something smaller since you know you go to Chilis or something and its tiny. This was $20 and such a big serving. Wings were so good too. I enjoyed this meal. I couldn't finish it, so had some great left overs too.“

“Wonderful food! But more importantly, wonderful customer service. Ordered through doordash (little late night snack) and no dasher accepted the order. I called the resturant, 5 minutes before closing assuming they would just cancel my order. Instead they said we will drop it off ourselves! Not only did they deliver within 15 minutes, the included a couple sodas as an apology. GREAT experience with them will definitely be ordering again!!!“

“Juan was our server and he was very attentive and efficient. The food was delicious and the price were reasonable especially because our meal included a half sandwich, soup, salad and fountain drink. Sign up for the reward program to earn free food. My bill for 3 people was around $55 and I redeemed my points and my bill came down to $38. I love these discounts! Great food, great service and great prices here at the Norms in Van Nuys!“

“One of my favorite restaurants in LA (north Hollywood area) and it’s very handy because it also has a drive thru. The prices have gone up significantly recently so that’s why I didn’t give five stars but otherwise this place is great.“

“Food was amazing and the service was great. Staff was so welcoming and kept checking on our table. Music was a bit loud but the waiter accommodated us and lowered the volume. Definitely going back. 6 rolls for $60 is a steal. Alex the assistant manager made sure everything was coming out in a timely manner.“

“Authentic Mexican cuisine 100%. I’ve been eating at this place for a couple years now and I gotta say, it’s the absolute best roasted chicken joint in San Fernando, hands down. This place has never disappointed me. I got the usual mix plate (half roasted chicken/ half steak) with a side of cold macaroni pasta and refried beans (frijoles puercos). Nothing else to say, I recommend this place 100%.“
