We were craving for banh mi and we found this store open at the hour
Small cute corner viet coffee shop. We ordered salted viet coffee and cold cut banh mi. The coffee was amazing and we loved it.

Good coffee and cute dog
The iced coffee was delicious, I especially liked the ube one! We got the buy one get one 50% off banh mi deal and were absolutely floored by the serving size. The baguette was massive and the chicken banh mi was delicious, warm, and not dry at all. Very flavourful and tasty. We were thinking it was a little expensive at checkout, but honestly the size of the banh mi resulted in us having both lunch and breakfast for the next day. Cute dog too.

Tucked away as a cool little spot, Cà phê Việt offers a great experience with super good coffee and yummy waffles, though the drink size felt a bit wild for the price. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and light and airy, but seating is pretty limited. The staff and owner are super nice; the owner even worked with a vegan customer to make a Vietnamese coffee using fresh coconut cream instead of the usual premix, which was delicious and smooth. The grilled pork bahn mi was tasty but a little dry, though the roll was crunchy with a jalapeño kick. The vegan pate banh mi was easily the best banh mi ever tried, with truffle, pickled veggies, and flavorful tofu on perfect bread. The chicken banh mi was delicious, huge, and super tender for $13. The guava fruit drink was a 10/10, and the ube latte and black sesame latte were both good. The classic iced coffee with grass jelly had a perfect amount of condensed milk, strong and fruity. The shop is still unpacking with boxes around, and food would get 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive for one drink. CC accepted, no public restrooms, decaf options available.
