Cafe Europa Reviews
The food was outstanding, so good a must try
Great friendly service. Excellent Central European food.
I almost never leave reviews but I am Romanian and I looked everywhere around the area for a Romanian restaurant. The food here was just like my grandparents used to make it and it took me back home for a moment. Amazing food amazing and customer service. Would 100% recommend and I am more than sure that I will be back soon!

Cafe Europa in the quiet Laurel Heights-ish/Richmond district offers delicious Eastern European cuisine that will transport guests back to childhood with its authentic flavors. The Beef Stroganoff is a must-try, described as the best ever, while the Borsch and Pierogi are also highly recommended. The attentive owner, Alex, is present at the café and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. The staff is polite, enhancing the dining experience, which is already delightful. The menu includes a variety of dishes like Goulash, Schnitzel, and Sausage, all cooked to perfection. The portions are generous and the food quality is excellent, making it a hidden gem for European cuisine lovers. While street parking may be a challenge, the taste and experience make it worth a visit. Prices range from $20-30+ per dish, but the outstanding food and service are well worth it. Don't miss out on this spot for a taste of Polish, German, Russian, and Eastern European cuisine.
