Cheung Hing Reviews
the service is exceptionally slow. It took 15 minutes before the waitress took my order, and there were only 3 or 4 tables occupied at the time. I ordered crab meat dumplings and beef balls. Cheung Hing offers a variety of Chinese dishes, including standout dim sum, siu yook, stir-fry green beans, and Beijing Peking duck. The dim sum, made to order, generally receives positive reviews, except for the Xia Long Bao, which is considered mediocre. The Chinese BBQ, including roast duck and bbq pork, has received mixed reviews, with some praising the Beijing Peking duck and others finding it less impressive. Service is often described as friendly, though a few customers have reported an unpleasant experience with the manager, who can be quite rude when customers decline upselling attempts. The restaurant has a mandatory service charge, which some customers find surprising. The location has decent street parking during weekday mornings, but the interior may appear a bit outdated. Customers can choose from dessert options like grass jelly or red bean dessert. Overall, Cheung Hing is a good spot for authentic Chinese cuisine, with a diverse menu and generally positive reviews.
