I came here twice and I give this place 5 star review. This place seems to be another ordinarily Chinese place, but their quality and portion of food are bigger and better than anticipated. I had Laska vermicelli and the bowl was big. The broth was tasty. It can become my comfort food. They also participate in senior program where seniors cam have discounts. I would come here more often.
This is a hidden gem in the Sunset! Wow! Big portions! Kind servers. And fair price! The stand outs for us were (honestly) everything! The porridge was rich and silky with nuggets of duck. The oyster cake was FILLED with tons of oysters. The egg with preserved turnip was so tasty - the nice richness of egg with the crispy turnips to add texture. The laksa was a GIGANTIC portion. And finally the steamed rice roll was chefs kisses. A definite try if you're ever in this part of town.

This is the best authentic Chao Zhou style rice noodle wrap and porridge spot in town. I love the Laksa noodle soup as well. Small seating area offers great food selections. They use tiger shrimp for the rice noodle wrap. Very good quality?
