Had a nice meal at Noregia Cafe and tried several dishes. Overall, the food was enjoyable and there was a good variety on menu items.
The fried chicken with rice was crispy and satisfying, and the curry had a rich, creamy flavor. The pani puri was also fun and tasty. The baked rice dish topped with melted cheese was hearty and comforting.
The milk tea was creamy and had a good balance of sweetness, the other iced drink with black grass jelly toppings was good too.

Its a small restaurant with delicious food, but it gets very busy quickly.
We got the Thai appetizer plate, pepper beef rice, and traditional tofu dessert. Food was alright but the tofu dessert was NOT what I expected. I assumed it was douhua (sweet tofu) but it wasn't and it didn't taste good without the syrup/sugar so that was very disappointing...I really like the presentation though! Pepper beef could be more pepper-y.
