Great hoag
The roast pork hoagie was good. The bread was excellent and did not get soggy. Luckily, split the sandwich b/c it was huge. I'll have to try the meatball next time.
The roast pork hoagie is the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The broccoli rabe is bitter but it works with the rich pork & cheese. The bread is excellent, fresh and encrusted with sesame seeds and rich but not soggy from soaking up just the right amount of pork drippings. The sandwiches are quite large.
